1. Acceptance and Scope

• Agreement: By using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Services and Products: We offer various yoga/meditation/Reiki and/or singing bowl healing services (online and/or in-person) and related products (mats, clothing, accessories). All are subject to availability.

2. Registration, Account, and Eligibility

• Account Responsibility: You are required to register and responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Session Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent and company to join online/in-person sessions if they are below 18.

3. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds

• Currency and Change: All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Requirement: Payment for services and products must be made in full at the time of purchase or in person before the class starts.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Sessions may be cancelled by Yoga with Chiru due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified and offered a rescheduled session.
  • Goods/products/services won’t be taken back once sold. Refunds are generally not provided.

4. Code of Conduct and Session Participation

• Respect: Treat all participants and instructors with respect. Discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Privacy: Do not share personal information or session content without permission.
• Attire: Wear appropriate clothing for yoga, meditation, and healing practices.
• Preparation: Ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space and necessary equipment ready for online classes.
• Punctuality: Join sessions on time to avoid disruptions.
• Engagement: Follow the instructor’s guidance and participate actively.

5. Technical Requirements

Participants in online sessions must ensure they have:

• A stable internet connection.
• A device with a working camera and microphone.
• Familiarity with the streaming platform used (online platform details will be mentioned on the website).

6. Health, Safety, and Liability

• Medical Conditions: You must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries before the session.
• Self-Care: Practice within your limits and listen to your body.
• Assumption of Risk: By participating, you assume all risks associated with the sessions.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained during yoga, meditation and healing practice/sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, images) and all session content are the property of Yoga with Chiru or the instructor/hosting organization.
• Restrictions: You do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Unauthorized distribution of session content is prohibited. Do not use copyrighted materials without authorization.

We strive to protect your privacy using a secure website. However, the internet is inherently insecure, and cybersecurity risks are acknowledged.
