Welcome to Yoga With Chiru!
About Chiru
Rooted in the rich spiritual heritage of Nepal, my yoga journey began at an early age, where yogic practices and philosophy were deeply woven into daily life and culture. This authentic foundation inspired a lifelong commitment to the path of traditional Hatha yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.
My academic study of Sanskrit deepened my connection to the original yogic texts, allowing me to explore the depth of yoga philosophy, meditation, and ancient wisdom in their purest form. To formalise my practice, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Nepal, equipping me with the skills to guide others safely and authentically.
With over 15 years of experience in practising and teaching yoga, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds in cultivating strength, balance, and inner awareness. My teaching approach adopts modern research-informed yoga principles with traditional roots, creating inclusive and transformative experiences.
Beyond asana, I am also certified in Traditional Reiki (Levels 1 & 2) and Singing Bowls Healing (Levels 1 & 2). By combining movement with sound healing and energy work, I aim to create a nurturing space where you can restore balance, reconnect with yourself, and experience the true essence of holistic healing.
