Why Yoga With Chiru?
The instructor’s journey into yoga began organically through their upbringing in Nepal, where yogic practices like pranayama, asanas, and Sanskrit chanting were part of daily life, laying a deep foundational connection to yoga.
Formal education in Sanskrit during school years enabled to access and understand original yogic texts and philosophies, enriching their spiritual and intellectual grasp of yoga.
A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course in Nepal marked a pivotal step, equipping the author with comprehensive skills in yoga practice and pedagogy, and sparking a lifelong commitment to teaching and guiding others
With over 15 years of experience, the instructor has continuously evolved through teaching and personal practice, witnessing yoga’s transformative effects on diverse individuals and refining their own approach.
The instructor has integrated Reiki and sound healing (singing bowls) into their practice, gaining certifications and broadening their approach to wellness by embracing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
