Terms and Conditions – Yoga With Chiru

By using our website or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services & Eligibility

We provide yoga, meditation, Reiki, singing bowl healing, and related products, both online and in person, subject to availability. Participants must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent and supervision if under 18.

2. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All prices are in AUD and may change without notice, including for special arrangements such as home services. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or before the session begins.

Sessions cancelled by Yoga With Chiru due to unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled. Products and services are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

3. Session Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully and appropriately, follow instructor guidance, arrive on time, wear suitable clothing, and maintain privacy. Recording or sharing session content or personal information without permission is not permitted.

For online sessions, participants are responsible for having a suitable device, camera, microphone, internet connection, and access to the required platform.

4. Health & Safety

You must inform the instructor of any relevant medical conditions or injuries before participating. Practise within your own limits and stop if you experience pain or discomfort. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Yoga With Chiru is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All website and session content, including text, images, logos, videos, and teaching materials, belongs to Yoga With Chiru or the relevant content owner. Content must not be copied, reproduced, recorded, shared, or distributed without written permission.

6. Privacy

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
